LONG ROOM

The Long Room can host functions up to 120. The Long Room has its own dance floor, bar and lounge area. The Pool Room is ideal for birthday celebrations.

The Orange Whip can supply Djs for your function

GARDEN BAR

Located on the first floor adjacent the beer garden. The garden bar is suited for functions up to 150. The Whip can supply djs for your event or you can bring your own music on ipod or cd. The garden bar also has a 55inch plasma to display your happy snaps

THE LOUNGE

Located overlooking the entire club, The Lounge is suited to small functions up to 20. The Lounge consists of banquet seating, Bean Bags and has its own fridge. The Lounge is available to book for the entire evening. Food and Beverage packages available on request.

FINGER FOOD PACKAGES

Below is a selection of finger food available.
Platters range from $60- $80 and a minimum spend of $250 is required.

MARINATED CHICKEN STRIPS

Tender skinless chicken thigh strips marinated and lightly coated in tasty crispy bread crumbs.

CHICKEN SATAY SKEWERS

Chicken portions oven baked in tasty home-made satay sauce and served on skewers.
Beef, pork and lamb also available

COLD ROAST CHICKEN PLATTER

Freshly roasted and seasoned chicken, straight off the charcoal spit! Perfect to complement any of our Fingerfood menus, especially for a luncheon style function! A real crowd pleaser every time. Beautifully presented on a bed of coos lettuce.

SUSHI PLATTERS

Available in the following varieties, as a straight platter of one variety, or a mixture of any combination. • Salmon • Tuna • Prawn • Vegetable and Rice • Crispy Chicken
All served with soy sauce, wasabi and ginger.

CHEF MIXED PLATTERS

A superb mix of our chefs favourites: Vegetable spring rolls, Curry puffs, Vegetable Samosas, Water Chestnut & Shiitake Mushroom Puffs.

MINI COCKTAIL PARTY PIES / SAUSAGE ROLLS

Finger food size pies, 100% beef mixed with delicious flavoured gravy and encased in a light flaky pastry. Finger food size seasoned sausage rolls filled with seasoned vegetables and wrapped in a light flaky pastry.

BEVERAGE OPTIONS

The Orange Whip has the ability to manage bar tabs or accounts to suit your requirements, the most common options are as follows: BAR TABS
• Pre-paid limit to stop when the limit is reached
• Open Limit, host is informed of spend regularly and tab is stopped when requested
• Set limit on certain products only
• Wrist Bands issued to host for distribution among authorised guests on bar tab
• Open bar, guests pay for drinks

TERMS & CONDITIONS

TENTATIVE BOOKINGS

To give you the opportunity to plan your function, we will be pleased to hold a tentative booking on your preferred date. Should we receive another enquiry for that date, we will contact you to ascertain whether you would like to confirm the booking. If you confirm this booking we will require a deposit from you at this time.

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING

Your credit card details will be taken as confirmation of your booking.

FINAL NUMBERS AND PAYMENT

We would appreciate an estimate of the number of guests attending your function 7 days prior to the event. Credit card facilities are available at the Orange Whip. Any subsequent charges will be payable at the conclusion of your function. Any finger food orders must be placed with a minimum of 7 days notice prior to the date of the function.

CANCELLATION

If the function / event is cancelled 14 days prior to the date of your function / event,
a cancellation fee of $250 will be charged to your credit card.

RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL

All of the Orange Whip staff are trained in Liquor Licensing Accredited ‘Responsible Service of Alcohol’ and by law may refuse to serve alcohol to any person that is deemed to be intoxicated. Suitable ID will be required as proof of age at all times.

DAMAGE

Organisers are financially responsible for any loss sustained to the venue including damage to the premises, its fittings, equipment and grounds. The organisers of the function are also responsible for damage caused by their guests, outside contractors or agents prior to, during, and after the event.

ENTERTAINMENT

If you require any form of entertainment, we are happy to source this for you at no extra charge however the cost of the entertainers will be charged to the final account (GST charge additional).

LOSS OF PROPERTY

The Orange Whip will not accept any responsibility for any damage or loss of property left on the premises prior, during or after the function. This responsibility lies solely with the client.

SECURITY

The Orange Whip reserves the right without liability to exclude or manage patrons who breach any policies or legal responsibilities whilst on or prior to entering our venue. During certain times you will be required to produce suitable ID for scanning as a condition of entry to the premises. We also provide security personnel to ensure safety of patrons and first aid needs as required. GST All prices quoted are inclusive of GST.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

The client is required to inform all relevant personnel involved in the organising of the function of these terms and conditions.
